When you use Rinku, we collect the following categories of information: • **Account information:** Your name and email address when you register. • **Booking information:** Ceremony type, date, address, and any notes you provide when placing a booking. • **Communication:** Messages exchanged with pandits or our support team through the platform. • **Usage data:** Pages visited, features used, and device/browser type, collected automatically to improve the service. • **Payment data:** We do not store your card details. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS certified third-party processors who operate under their own privacy policies.

We use your information to: • Create and manage your account. • Facilitate bookings between you and pandits. • Send booking confirmations, reminders, and ceremony updates. • Respond to support enquiries. • Improve platform safety and prevent fraud. • Comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects.

We share your information only when necessary: • **With pandits:** Your name, ceremony details, and address are shared with the pandit you book so they can perform the ceremony. • **With service providers:** Trusted third parties that help us operate the platform (cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery) under strict data processing agreements. • **With regulators:** When legally required to comply with law enforcement or regulatory authorities. We never sell your personal data. We never share it for third-party marketing.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Booking records are retained for 7 years to comply with applicable financial regulations. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time (subject to legal retention requirements).
