End-to-End Encryption
All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Your personal details, addresses, and communication are never sent in plain text.
Secure Payments
Rinku never stores your card details. All transactions are handled by PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processors. Your financial data is fully isolated from our application servers.
OTP-Based Authentication
We use one-time passwords (OTP) instead of passwords, eliminating credential stuffing and brute-force vulnerabilities at the authentication layer.
Data Minimisation
We collect only what is necessary to operate the platform. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Audit Logging
All sensitive operations — booking creation, cancellation, account changes — are logged with timestamps and IP addresses for full accountability and fraud prevention.
Secure Infrastructure
Rinku runs on hardened cloud infrastructure with private networking, automated security patching, and regular penetration testing by third-party security firms.
